We’ve just shipped a major update to OpenVoiceAgents: a fully redesigned Integrations Marketplace that connects your AI phone agent to the tools your team already uses — calendar scheduling and CRM platforms included.

Why Integrations Matter for AI Voice Agents

Most businesses already have a CRM for tracking customers and a calendar tool for managing bookings. Without integrations, your AI phone agent is a dead end — it can’t look up who’s calling, can’t book appointments, can’t log tickets.

With today’s release, your agent becomes a fully-connected front-line worker.

Cal.com integration enables true real-time booking during a call. When a caller asks to schedule a meeting, your agent checks availability and books the appointment directly — no emails, no confirmation links, no extra steps. The booking is confirmed before the call ends.

This is powered by Cal.com’s direct booking API (POST /v1/bookings), which allows server-side booking without requiring the caller to do anything after hanging up.

Already on Calendly? Your agent checks real-time availability and sends callers a pre-filled one-click booking link to their email. They click it, confirm, and it’s in your calendar.

📞 CRM Integrations — Know Who’s Calling

This is the feature that transforms a voice bot into a real customer support agent. When a call comes in, your agent automatically looks up the caller by their phone number in your CRM — before saying a single word.

What the agent can do when CRM is connected:

  • Greet the caller by name: “Hi Sarah, welcome back to Acme Support!”
  • Know their company and job title from the first second
  • Check their open support tickets or cases by voice
  • Create a new support ticket during the call

🟠 HubSpot CRM

Connect HubSpot with a Private App token. Your agent gets access to Contacts for caller lookup and Tickets for support case management. No OAuth redirect needed — just paste your token and connect in seconds.

Required scopes: crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.tickets.read, crm.objects.tickets.write.

🟠 Zoho CRM

Connect Zoho CRM using a Self Client OAuth token (2-minute setup in the Zoho API Console). Supports all Zoho data centers: US, EU, India, Australia, Japan, and Canada. Your agent accesses Contacts for caller lookup and Cases for support ticket management.
