How it works
It’s three steps:
1. Set a goal in plain English — something like “Introduce our service. If interested, collect their email and schedule a demo.” No scripts, no decision trees. Just tell the agent what you want to achieve.
2. Enter the contact’s name and phone number. Choose to call right now or schedule it for a specific date and time.
3. Your AI agent handles the rest. It calls, holds a natural conversation, pursues the goal, and reports back with a full transcript and an outcome score.
AI-scored outcomes
After every outbound call, our AI reads the transcript and scores the result: Achieved, Partial, or Failed — with a one-sentence reason and a short outcome summary.
So instead of listening to recordings or digging through long transcripts, you see at a glance what happened on every call. Who was interested. Who wasn’t. What to follow up on.
Auto-booking built in
Connect your Calendly or Cal.com account and your agent can book meetings mid-call. When a prospect says they’re interested and suggests a time, the agent creates the booking automatically and saves the confirmation link to the call record.
No back-and-forth emails. No dropped leads. The meeting is in the calendar before the call ends.
Scheduled calls
Not everything needs to happen right now. Schedule outbound calls for any future date and time — a follow-up 48 hours after a demo, a reminder call the day before an appointment, a re-engagement sequence for dormant leads. The built-in scheduler fires each call exactly when it’s due, using your own Twilio number.
Full knowledge base access
