  • Service configuration: Twilio account credentials and phone number settings
  • Call data: call transcripts, recordings metadata, and call logs generated through your use of the Platform
  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through Razorpay (we do not store your card details)
  • API keys: your OpenAI API key, stored using AES-256-GCM encryption (never stored in plaintext)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform:

  • To operate and maintain your voice agent services
  • To process your subscription payments
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • To provide customer support

3. Data Security

We take data security seriously. OpenAI API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and are never stored in plaintext. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is used exclusively for providing the Platform services.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

  • Twilio: for telephony and voice call infrastructure
  • Razorpay: for payment processing and subscription management
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services): for cloud hosting and email delivery

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing the data they process.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure or deletion request, all your data — including call transcripts, configuration, and personal information — will be permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data and account
  • Cancel your subscription at any time

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
