No Refunds — All Sales Are Final

All payments made for OpenVoice Agents subscriptions are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of the service during a billing period
  • Unused call minutes or features
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for any future billing periods
  • Your current billing period will not be refunded
  • You will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period
  • After your billing period ends, your account will be deactivated

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period or for unused call minutes. The subscription fee covers access to the Platform for the entire billing period regardless of actual usage.
